Danilo Morales - Sales and Marketing Manager
Danilo is a seasoned professional whose 22 years in the travel & hospitality industry includes positions with prestigious companies as Intercontinental, Hilton, Sheraton, Relais & Chateaux, Le Meridien, and most recently, Pregio Hotel as Marketing Director of 39 luxury hotels. He holds a degree in Hotel Management with a Specialization in Tourism Marketing. Morales has lived, worked and traveled extensively in Europe, USA and South America; however, he is happiest when at home in Italy.
SIT Italy is delighted and fortunate to have Danilo responsible for the superb accommodations and services that await guests. His keen understanding of todays traveler is valuable as he travels throughout Italy, physically inspecting hotels, villas and spa resorts to insure that the expected quality in service and amenities are upheld.

Barbara Rubin - Regional Sales Manager, U.S.A.
Barbaras background in high-end travel sales spans more than 20 years and includes such reputable companies as Travcoa, Grand Expeditions, Intrav and Clipper Cruise Lines. As a former tour manager, she traveled the globe leading discriminating travelers to exotic locales in Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia. Italy is one of Barbaras favorite destinations. Her love of the country and instinct for providing a rewarding experience for her travel agents clients prompted SIT Italy appoint her to represent their product to American travel professionals. It is important to SIT Italy to extend the same high level of customer service from the beginning of the booking to the superior quality experience that each traveler enjoys while in their beautiful country.

Lilia Del Mar Burbano - Booking Manager
Lilia studied Hotel and Tourism Management in college and soon found herself working for the prominent Intercontinental Hotel Corporation in her native Colombia. Five years later, Lilia took her experience to sea when she joined the cruise business. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French and has spent the last eight years in Italy where she is now an expert in Italian Tourism.
Ms. Burbanos role as Booking Manager at SIT Italy provides a valuable resource for American travel agents, who appreciate her knowledgeable and prompt communication. She is well known among West Coast agents who have come to rely on SIT Italy to take care of their discriminating clients.
